Everything importers commonly ask before placing their first order with us.
Our minimum order is 100 kg for most products. For trial or sample orders we accept 5–10 kg with courier shipping. There is no maximum order size — we routinely supply full FCL container loads. Large orders may qualify for better pricing; please mention quantity in your enquiry.
We quote on FOB (Kolkata or Mumbai), CFR, CIF and DDP. For first-time buyers we recommend CIF to your nearest port — it makes it easy to compare landed costs. For established buyers we can work on any term you prefer.
Yes, always. Every shipment includes a full COA, MSDS, packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Phytosanitary certificates, E904 compliance letters and REACH documentation are available on request at no extra charge.
For new buyers: 50% advance T/T + 50% before dispatch. For established buyers: 30% advance + 70% against BL copy. We also accept Letter of Credit (LC at sight). PayPal is available for smaller orders under USD 500. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
Production and packing takes 5–7 working days. Sea freight transit ranges from 18–35 days depending on destination port. Air freight is available for urgent smaller orders. We provide a shipment tracking link from the day of booking.
Yes. Our shellac flakes and dewaxed shellac meet EU food additive standard E904 and comply with REACH regulations. FSSAI approval documentation is provided. Full batch traceability from source forest to finished product is maintained and available on request.
Absolutely. We provide samples of 100–500 g for a small courier charge. Once you confirm quality and place a bulk order, the sample cost is deducted from your first invoice. We encourage samples — we want you to be completely confident before committing.
